Liechtenstein
Liechtenstein has had a government eID (eID.li app) since March 2020, usable for administration services after a one-time visit in Vaduz. It is not a WHO member but is bound by the IHR. It uses the Swiss franc and I found no CBDC work of its own.

- eID.li
- Status
- Available, partial uptake
- National ID card
- ID card voluntary
- Biometrics
- Not confirmed
A government note says it has been possible to apply for the eID since March 2020; it supports administration services and proof of identity such as a driving licence. I found no 2025-26 wallet plan or law in sources I could open.
Digital money · Goal 8.10
Central bank digital currency
- Status
- No known work
No Liechtenstein CBDC work found as of Oct 2026. The Swiss franc is used, so any digital franc would be a Swiss National Bank matter; I did not find a source on that.
