  • Review the 17 SDGs and identify which are being pushed locally
  • Digital ID implementation status
  • WHO treaty obligations

  • Education indoctrination programs
  • Each member shares one major threat they've observed

Coalition Structure & Roles

  • Elect a Coalition Coordinator (or rotate monthly)
  • Assign roles: Communications Lead, Research Lead, Action Lead, Social Media Manager
  • Decide on meeting frequency (weekly recommended for first month)
  • Choose meeting format: Video call, in-person, hybrid
