Treaty Document

We, the free and sovereign people of the world, united in our commitment to human dignity, liberty, and self-determination, do hereby establish this Sovereignty Manifesto as a binding treaty document for nations that choose to reject global governance tyranny and preserve their constitutional freedoms. In recognition of the accelerating threats posed by supranational organizations seeking to consolidate power through mechanisms such as UN Agenda 2030, the World Health Organization's pandemic treaty, Central Bank Digital Currencies, and the World Economic Forum's "Great Reset" agenda, we declare our unshakeable commitment to national sovereignty and individual liberty. This manifesto serves as an open-source framework that can be negotiated, refined, and ratified by participating nations and their citizens. It represents the collective will of free peoples to defend human dignity and self-determination against totalitarian control, building a future based on voluntary cooperation rather than coerced compliance.

Article I: Declaration of Sovereignty

Each signatory nation affirms its supreme and inalienable right to self-governance, free from interference by supranational bodies, international organizations, or foreign powers. No international treaty, agreement, or convention shall supersede the constitutional rights and democratic processes of sovereign nations. We reject any claim by the United Nations, World Health Organization, World Economic Forum, or any other global institution to exercise authority over our national laws, regulations, or domestic affairs. Our sovereignty is inherent, not granted, and cannot be surrendered or delegated without the explicit consent of our citizens through legitimate democratic processes.

Article II: Rejection of Agenda 2030

The United Nations Agenda 2030 and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals represent a comprehensive blueprint for global governance that threatens national sovereignty, economic freedom, and individual liberty. We categorically reject this agenda and call for the immediate withdrawal of all binding commitments to its implementation. The SDGs, despite their benign-sounding rhetoric, constitute a totalitarian framework designed to centralize control over energy, food, finance, healthcare, education, and virtually every aspect of human life. Under the guise of "sustainability" and "equity," these goals enable unelected bureaucrats to dictate policies that erode national independence and individual freedom.

Article III: Protection of Constitutional Rights

We reaffirm our unwavering commitment to the fundamental rights enshrined in our national constitutions, including but not limited to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, the right to bear arms, property rights, due process, and equal protection under the law. No international human rights treaty, convention, or declaration shall be interpreted to diminish, abridge, or override these constitutional protections. Where conflicts arise between international obligations and constitutional rights, the constitution shall prevail without exception.

Article IV: Economic Independence & Monetary Sovereignty

Signatory nations affirm their absolute right to control their monetary systems, currencies, and financial infrastructure. We categorically reject Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) that enable totalitarian surveillance and control over individual economic activity. The power to issue currency, regulate banking, and establish monetary policy resides exclusively with national governments and their constitutional processes. No international financial institution may compel the adoption of digital currencies, cashless systems, or financial surveillance mechanisms that violate citizen privacy and economic freedom.

Article V: Medical Freedom & Bodily Autonomy

We assert the fundamental and inalienable right of every individual to medical freedom, bodily autonomy, and informed consent. No government, international organization, or medical authority may mandate medical interventions, including but not limited to vaccines, testing, treatments, or surveillance systems. The International Health Regulations and WHO Pandemic Treaty represent unprecedented threats to medical freedom and national sovereignty. Signatory nations reject any provisions of these instruments that would enable international health authorities to impose binding mandates on sovereign populations.

Article VI: Withdrawal from Corrupt International Bodies

Signatory nations commit to immediate withdrawal from, and cessation of funding for, international organizations that have demonstrated patterns of corruption, mission creep, and anti-democratic governance. This includes but is not limited to: The World Health Organization (WHO), which has become a tool for pharmaceutical interests and authoritarian control; The United Nations and its affiliated agencies, which consistently violate the sovereignty of member states; The World Economic Forum (WEF) and similar organizations that seek to impose technocratic control over democratic nations.

Article VII: Alliance of Sovereign Nations

This manifesto establishes the framework for an Alliance of Sovereign Nations—a voluntary association of free countries committed to mutual defense of sovereignty, economic cooperation based on reciprocity, and cultural exchange rooted in respect for national identity. Unlike supranational organizations that seek to erode national borders and homogenize cultures, this Alliance respects the unique character, traditions, and governance structures of each member nation. Membership is voluntary, and nations may exit at any time without penalty.

In Conclusion

This Sovereignty Manifesto represents a solemn commitment by free nations and peoples to stand firm against the tide of global tyranny and preserve human freedom for future generations. It is both a declaration of principles and a practical framework for action. We call upon all nations that value liberty, sovereignty, and human dignity to join this alliance. We call upon citizens everywhere to hold their governments accountable and demand adherence to these principles. We call upon future generations to remember that freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. Together, as sovereign nations united in purpose, we shall prevail against the forces of global governance. Together, we shall build a future where human freedom flourishes and national sovereignty is respected. Together, we make this solemn pledge: We shall not submit. We shall not surrender. We shall remain free.

We Shall Remain Free
