Czechia
Czechia has a chip ID card and a live mobile ID app (eDoklady) since 2024, with an EU wallet due by end 2026 or 2027. It rejected the 2024 IHR amendments in 2025. The central bank is only doing CBDC research; the Babiš government has backed putting cash in the constitution, but the Senate has refused before.
